As a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator at our Lombard Contact Center, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers and field technicians. You'll coordinate schedules, manage service appointments, solve customer concerns, and ensure our technicians have efficient routes that allow them to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate and schedule customer appointments across multiple service routes. Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests. Work closely with field technicians to optimize schedules and improve efficiency. Resolve customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and service information. Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments as needed. Support operational goals by helping ensure technicians maximize service capacity. Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. What’s In It for You?
