Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist to serve in a hospital setting located in Wisconsin. This position offers a rewarding environment to apply your expertise in pharmacy operations while working with a dynamic healthcare team.
Location: Wisconsin, with flexibility to travel or relocate
Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts
Duration: 13 weeks and potentially longer
Technology: Experience with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense medications and review prescriptions for appropriateness
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care across a 250-bed facility
Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards
Provide clinical support and counseling to patients and staff as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain Act10 Temporary License
Prior hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
