Role Description This Talent Scout Internship is a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with opportunities for remote work. As a Talent Scout Intern, you will conduct research to identify potential talent, coordinate communications with aspiring artists, and manage talent acquisition processes. Interns will also assist with interviews, provide feedback, and collaborate with the production and marketing teams to evaluate potential candidates. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain experience in recruitment and talent evaluation within a dynamic creative environment. Qualifications Talent Scouting and Recruiting skills: Experience or interest in identifying, evaluating, and sourcing creative talent. Interviewing and Hiring skills: Ability to conduct interviews and provide assessments for onboarding potential candidates. Strong Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. Enthusiasm for the creative industry and working with artists and performers. Strong organizational and time management skills to balance hybrid work responsibilities effectively.
