IAM Analyst

This is a remote position. The IAM Analyst provides frontline support for managing user access and identity services across UW Medicine systems. It involves resolving account issues and ensuring data quality for secure user access. The role works collaboratively with end users and technical teams to maintain compliance with access policies. It supports ongoing identity management initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Manage user account issues and support troubleshooting for identity-related problems. • Assist in maintaining data quality and resolve account discrepancies. • Collaborate with end users and technical teams to ensure compliance with access policies. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in technical support or programming with exposure to identity management tasks. • Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
