Position Summary

Feeser's is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and business partners. As the face of our organization, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who enters our facility.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to receptionist responsibilities, this position provides administrative support across departments and assists with customer transactions, data entry, and communication.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Greet and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Take and distribute messages accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Respond to administrative inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and petty cash management.
• Process customer pickup orders.
• Collect and process cash, check, and credit card payments.
• Print invoices and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer information and interactions.
• Communicate customer concerns and operational issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or coursework from an accredited two-year college preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred
• Previous receptionist, administrative support, or front desk experience preferred
• Foodservice industry experience is a plus
