About The Job As a part of the team, you will: Put components together to build finished products, requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to follow blueprints/instructions in a fast‑paced setting. Use hand/power tools, perform quality checks, document processes, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with teams, often involving repetitive tasks. Accurately and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Shoes, Gloves, Uniform, and others as required by the specific process). Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader / Team Manager and execute production with Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints as a base. Be active and engaged in the Daily Status Board Meetings by explaining deviations and proposing solutions. Review and suggest improvements for Standard Operating Procedures. Constantly look for cross‑training opportunities within different manufacturing processes and better ways to add value. Use downtime efficiently to learn new processes and run improvements from the status board activities. Qualifications You have a High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience, and: Crane or forklift certifications are nice to have. 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, measuring instruments, etc.). Ability to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders, etc. Intermediate computer skills.
