Leasing Agent
\nSharp Management is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents.
\nAs the first impression of the community, the Leasing Agent plays a key role in converting leads to leases through professional tours, consistent follow-up, and strong relationship-building. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and attention to detail matter.
\nKey Responsibilities Include:

- Conducting engaging property tours that highlight community features and value \n
- Managing inbound leads and executing timely follow-up \n
- Processing applications and preparing lease documents accurately \n
- Supporting marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement \n
- Maintaining a professional and positive resident experience \n
We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional leasing experience.
