If you're curious, eager to learn, and excited to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team."******— Mindy Mihelic, Director of Talent Acquisition, North America*****What You Will Be Doing*** Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support full-cycle recruitment activities* Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience* Support campus recruiting, career fairs, and employer branding activities* Coordinate interviews, offer logistics, onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements* Manage the North America background check process* Facilitate local new employee orientation and support select HR initiatives* Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports* Process candidate travel and expense reimbursements* Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition programs**What You Bring*** **Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work** experience* **One or more years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, required,** with additional experience in HR a plus* **Excellent organizational and project coordination skills** with exceptional attention to detail* Outstanding **interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset*** Strong **problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities**.* **Advanced** **proficiency** in Microsoft Excel and MS Office* Workday or other Applicant Tracking System **(ATS) experience preferred****What We Offer**Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000.
