Primary Responsibilities: Assist with the complete billing cycle from pre-bill creation, review, and final invoice generation Collaborate directly with Operations Manager, Audit, CAAS, Tax, and Admin teams to ensure timely and accurate billing Review, edit, and process client invoices in accordance with client guidelines Handle electronic billing submissions through various e-billing platforms Monitor accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and respond to client inquiries Monitor work-in-process (WIP), accounts receivable, write-ups, write-downs, and billing realization metrics. Maintain billing records while ensuring compliance with firm policies and client requirements Generate billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed Assist with collections efforts and account follow-up as needed.
