We are urgently hiring a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team! We have immediate openings for daytime and evening shifts, including both weekdays and weekends, in the Yellow Springs area. Flexible shift scheduling is available, so whether you’re looking for part‑time or full‑time hours, we can place you in a shift that fits your availability.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Qualifications

• Have passion and great commitment for helping others
• Have strong communication skills with the client and our team.
• Have a driver's License and a reliable vehicle with current car insurance.
• Having previous experience in helping seniors IS A BIG PLUS FOR US!
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 stable hours per week is required to support consistent client care.
• Being at least 18 years old
