As a Nurse Aide at Seneca Place, you'll be a vital part of our residents' daily lives, responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care , including assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) , helping residents maintain their independence.

• Monitoring residents' conditions closely and reporting any changes promptly and accurately to the nursing staff.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

We seek compassionate individuals who are eager to contribute to a positive care environment:

• Experience in long-term care is preferred , demonstrating a foundational understanding of seniors' needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
