Forklift Operator - Manufacturing | Ogden, UT

Nexeo Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Ogden, Utah. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for safety-focused candidates with at least two years of forklift, tugger, warehouse, or material-handling experience. You'll transport materials, load and unload products, and support production operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Multiple shifts are available, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and tuggers throughout the manufacturing facility
• Transport raw materials, finished products, equipment, and supplies
• Load and unload trucks, storage racks, and production lines
• Deliver materials accurately and on schedule to support production needs
• Stack, organize, and secure materials to prevent damage
• Inspect forklifts and material-handling equipment before use
• Follow OSHA requirements and all company safety procedures
• Report equipment problems, damaged products, and safety concerns
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and supervisory teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• At least two years of forklift or material-handling experience required
• Experience operating tuggers or similar warehouse equipment preferred
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain certification
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be dependable and available for overtime as required

Pay

$19.50-$22.52 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Multiple Shifts Available

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM-2:00 PM
• Swing Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:45 PM-10:00 PM
• Graveyard Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 9:45 PM-6:00 AM
• Overtime may be required.
