Full-time Electrician We are seeking an experienced Electrician with at least 10 years of proven experience. Compensation starts at $65,000/year for qualified candidates. Responsibilities and Requirements: Follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems. Interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specifications. Work with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment. Indoor electrical work including breakers, wall plugs, wall plates, three-way switches, exhaust fans, and other commercial apartment electrical tasks. Maintain a strong knowledge of job site safety and complete company-specific safety orientations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Must have a van or truck and own tools. Travel between properties is required. Possess strong communication skills. Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism. Remain drug-free at all times.
