This is a face-to-face outside sales role where you'll connect with local business owners, generate new business within your work area, and close sales using NFIB's proven sales process. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and controlling your own success, this could be the opportunity for you.

What's In It For You?

• 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
• Average annual earnings: $80,000 - $200,000
• W-2 employee with full benefits

• Up to 13 weeks of performance-based training pay
• $1,000 per week or commissions earned, whichever is greater
• Weekly commission payments

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage small business owners within your assigned work area
• Present NFIB's proven value proposition and membership benefits
• Overcome objections and confidently close new memberships
• Manage your work area, prospecting activity, and sales pipeline independently
• Represent NFIB as a trusted resource and advocate for small businesses

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We're looking for individuals who demonstrate grit, resilience, coachability, and the drive to overcome challenges.
