Feed Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our logistics team at our Feed Mill. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and be proficient in operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety on the road. Responsibilities Operate and drive tractor-trailers to transport goods.Ensure the safe loading and unloading of freight, utilizing forklifts when necessary.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo transported.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in a safe manner.Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
