Quick Lane/TXM Service Advisor

QUICK LANE SERVICE WRITER Toyota of Melbourne is looking for an exceptional individual to join our TOYOTA QUICK LANE TEAM. We are a fast-paced busy service department. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record, quality references, and someone that possesses superior customer satisfaction skills. Responsibilities: Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle Review Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendations Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele Qualifications: Prior Dealership Experience preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication and customer service skills A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair Strong Computer & Phone Skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment Team Player Total Rewards: Competitive bi-weekly pay Performance based bi-weekly Bonus opportunity 401k plans with company matching program full-time team members Health care – medical, dental and vision insurance plans Life Insurance, short-term and long-term disability plans Paid holidays Vacation Employee discounts Paid training and educational career path to assist in career development Employee referral program with bonus opportunities We’re an equal opportunity employer.
