If you enjoy tackling challenges while having the opportunity to go above and beyond, you will feel right at home.The Role:Responsible for leading Team Leaders & Associates in proactive safety, quality and TPS activities to achieve our key metrics of safety incidents, warranty & defect outflow and productivity. Expected to promote Toyota's Core Values through their actions. Must take the lead to ensure Toyota's policies and procedures are followed. Daily tasks include daily reports, production meetings, 4M change management & communication and overseeing the day-to-day activities in their responsible area all while promoting kaizen. Human development is an integral part of the Group Leader I's position, they will be responsible for supporting the development of their Associates and Team Leaders within the area.
