Professionally, working with both elementary and high school students will allow you to broaden your expertise as you manage diverse caseloads and collaborate within varied teams. Cross-campus responsibility lets you fine-tune your leadership and time management skills, and the district is proactive in supporting SLPs by bringing in additional SLPA support.

You'll work 37.5 hours per week in a backfill role, seeing students at two different campuses. You'll have the unique opportunity to design your own schedule in response to student needs, giving you both autonomy and variety in your daily routine.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and ASHA CCC required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Open to collaborating with an SLPA and district staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to students at both elementary and high school campuses
• Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans
• Caseload of 60+ students (with support from an incoming SLPA)
• Maintain accurate records and document progress
• Communicate with teachers, families, and staff as needed
