Construction Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Construction Project Manager role based in Austin, TX. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to help lead the successful execution of projects across multiple phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of personalities. Construction in hospitality, multi-family and commercial experience is a plus, and we are looking for someone eager to grow with our expanding company. This role involves hands‑on work across estimating, plan takeoffs, subcontractor negotiations, scheduling, and budget management. Duties Oversee project planning, scope development, and execution through completion Perform plan takeoffs and assist with detailed estimating Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors to align with project goals Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Office Suite Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and adjust timelines as needed Maintain high-quality project documentation and reporting Generate submittals, RFI’s, track project billing and budget Collaborate with diverse teams and effectively manage varying personalities across different project stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Occasionally travel to project sites as needed (minimal travel) Requirements 3-5 years of project management experience preferred Hospitality, Multi-Family and Commercial Renovation experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to project needs Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners Willingness to travel to project sites as needed; travel expected to be minimal Desire to grow and develop within a dynamic and expanding organization Join Our Team Become a part of a company that values your growth and success.
