Manufacturing HR Business Partner: Lead Employee Relations

Paycom is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Irvine manufacturing operations and hourly workforce. This onsite role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, and building frontline leadership capability. You will act as a trusted advisor to plant leaders, guiding investigations, performance and attendance coaching, and policy adherence. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR experience with hands-on employee relations, strong communication, and fluency in #J-18808-Ljbffr
