Live-in Family Assistant- Parkland, Florida

Responsibilities

• Assist with the morning routine, including getting the children dressed, preparing breakfast, and getting the older child ready for school.
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a toddler and infant throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning home through daily tidying, laundry, dishes, and light housekeeping.
• Grocery shop, run errands, and manage household supplies.
• Help coordinate the family's daily schedule and anticipate household needs.
• Travel with the family when requested to provide childcare and household support.
• Drive children and complete errands as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the parents to maintain a calm, positive, and efficient household.

Qualifications

• Comfortable balancing childcare with household management responsibilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Calm, patient, positive personality.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a vehicle can be provided for work-related use.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel with the family.
• Able to commit to a long-term position.
• Strong references from previous private household employers.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000

Schedule: 60 hours per week (typically 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
