Mercer Technical Services Assistant Project ManagerMercer Technical Services (MTS), a Quanta Services company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the execution of pipeline logistics, material management, and field services projects. This role assists Project Managers with planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and project controls activities while gaining exposure to all aspects of project execution.The Assistant Project Manager serves as a key support resource for rail offload operations, yard management, pipe sorting and re-racking, stringing operations, and haul-to-right-of-way (ROW) logistics.
