As we embark on our next major expansion phase, we are seeking a high-impact Learning & Development Leader to build, lead, and scale our enterprise learning strategy. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-grow opportunity. You will design and implement the systems that shape how people grow — from new hires to emerging executives — ensuring our training drives measurable performance, retention, leadership depth, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Design and lead a comprehensive organizational learning strategy Build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity Create structured leadership development pathways across departments Develop engaging multimedia training content (videos, LMS modules, workbooks, certifications) Own and optimize our Learning Management System (Absorb preferred) Align recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training into a seamless development journey Define and track training KPIs tied directly to business performance Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and field insights Partner with executive leadership to drive development aligned with company growth goals Who Thrives in This Role You may be a strong fit if you are: A strategic thinker who also loves execution A learner, committed to gaining knowledge about new parts of the business and building learning content Energized by building systems from the ground up Comfortable influencing leaders at every level Highly skilled in curriculum design and adult learning methodologies Tech-savvy and excited about leveraging AI and modern learning tools A confident facilitator with strong executive presence Deeply motivated to elevate people and drive measurable results If you’ve built high-performing learning ecosystems before — and want to do it again at scale — this role is for you.
