Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling physical therapist in Ventura, CA at a skilled nursing facility. Provide skilled rehabilitation to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while gaining experience in a new clinical environment. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Current clinical documentation and evaluation skills required, including experience with restorative and skilled interventions commonly used in SNFs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with mobility training, fall prevention programs, and assistive device training preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and Medicare documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
