Responsibilities

• Client Support Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care
• Issue Resolution Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up
• Order Processing Enter orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records
• Scheduling Coordinate appointments, deliveries, or service requests
• Team Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer needs
• Documentation Maintain organized logs, notes, and customer files
• Quality Assurance Ensure every customer interaction meets company standards

Qualifications

• Communication Skills Clear, friendly, and professional
