If you have an interest working as a Front Office Clerk in our Woodland Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic, then keep reading. This position is responsible for running the Front Office, implementing the scheduling of patients to ensure a full schedule. The position also completes/routes all appropriate paperwork related to patient care and billing information accurately and within required timelines. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch. Due to the extensive training involved, we cannot consider summer employment for this position. Burger Rehabilitation offers physical, occupational and speech therapy plus a variety of specialty programs. A privately held company based in Folsom, California, Burger Rehabilitation is owned and operated by Carol Burger PT, MPA, a Loma Linda and University of San Francisco graduate. As a sole practitioner with a handful of skilled nursing contracts, Ms. Burger has grown the organizations long term care division to include multiple areas throughout northern and central California. In addition to our skilled nursing contracts Burger Rehabilitation owns and operates 15 outpatient clinics throughout the greater Sacramento region in five counties. Our mission is: To make a POSITIVE difference in the lives of our patients, their families, our staff and the community at large. Education and/or experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Medical secretarial school/courses preferred. Successful experience in front or back medical office preferred. The right candidate maintains the following:
