1st Shift Warehouse LeadWe are looking for a reliable Warehouse Lead to help manage daily warehouse operations. This person will support the warehouse manager, help lead the team, keep inventory organized, and make sure orders are completed accurately and on time.Responsibilities:Help supervise daily warehouse operationsLead and support warehouse employeesMonitor inventory and maintain accurate recordsEnsure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctlyHelp with shipping, receiving, and product organizationTrain new employees as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentAssist with scheduling and daily workflowHelp solve day-to-day warehouse issuesRequirements:High school diploma or GEDAt least 3 years of warehouse experience, including leading or supervising a teamGood communication and leadership skillsBasic computer and inventory management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Forklift experience or certificationBilingual is a plus
