Overview Part time hours, full-time pay! While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments; the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude. Responsibilities Generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. Schedule appointments; the more you set, the more money you make. Have conversations with ease, overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude. Execute setup & break down of events (as required). Compensation We offer an hourly base plus bonuses. Our average representatives earn $20-$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the most lucrative hours on weekends. Since you will be traveling to various locations with set up materials, reliable transportation is required.
