**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide Tier III level patient care, demonstrating clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing services. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and Tier III standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Provide patient and family education as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably at Tier III level.
- Ability to work PRN shifts with flexibility.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
