Outcomes Needed

·        Quality : 98% of assembled units meet quality control standards with no rework required.

·        Productivity/efficiency : Consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of
standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards.

·        Safety : Maintain a 100% safety record — no incidents or safety violations.

·        Attendance : Maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.

Position Details:

M-F : 6am-2:30pm

This is a direct-hire position with Rockit Motors with no set end date. The initial need is expected to be approximately 4 months, depending on current customer contracts and business needs. As contracts continue to grow, there is a strong potential for this opportunity to transition into a long-term career position with Rockit Motors .
