Bakery Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Mid-Hudson CPL, LLC is currently hiring for a BAKERY MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER to join our Bakery!

• Will be working on trucks, machinery equipment for bakery, filtering/boiling out fryers, helping to maintain equipment. This will be part time but can lead to full-time.
• Hours will be 12pm-8pm

Responsibilities Include:

• Repair and maintain all equipment to OEM performance standards


• Work with Equipment Suppliers service representatives as required

• Coordinate work activities with general contractors as required

• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and work orders

• Manage spare parts inventory at the appropriate levels

• Communicate safety and sanitation issues to CML Plant Manager

• Instruct employees in the proper handling of equipment

• Deliver training to maintenance and operations team members

• Create and maintain a quality and safety focused culture in the bakery

• Communicates priorities, goals and results to team members

• Execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift

• Afternoon into evening
• Must have experience working with conveyor lines and some vehicle maintenance
• Able to drive 20ft box trucks
