Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000

DP World is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale warehouse operation by delivering meaningful reporting, analyzing key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. This role will partner closely with Operations, Inventory Control, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Customer teams to provide visibility into business performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and distribute operational reports and performance dashboards

• Analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, labor, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis

• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews

• Partner with Operations leaders to provide actionable insights and recommendations

• Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data visibility

• Monitor operational performance against targets and highlight areas requiring attention

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational challenges

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple reporting systems

• Assist with forecasting, workforce planning, and operational planning activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business analysis, reporting, operations analytics, supply chain analytics, or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis functions

• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or operational reporting platforms

• Knowledge of Amazon, e-commerce, fulfillment, or logistics operations preferred

• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Design, develop, and validate standard reports and metric dashboards to measure business performance.
• Design, develop, and manage balanced scorecard needs for enterprise and recommend improvements to reporting processes.
• Validate business data for purposes of establishing guidelines, variance and discrepancy analysis to determine opportunities for improved operational efficiencies.
• Participate in or lead process improvement projects utilizing database or applications to streamline manual processes and improve productivity in both internal team and corporate departments.
• Provide trending reports for the assessment of metric reports including customer program and service provider performance data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration).
• Experience with reporting and metric creation.
• Expert level proficiency in advanced functions of Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Excel (macros/pivots/dashboards/formulas), Microsoft Access, MS Business Intelligence (PowerPivot/PowerQuery).
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal, and/or Excelcius Report a plus.
• Ability to perform needs assessment; problem solving and root cause analysis.
