Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, NICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

NRP-AHA AAP - NRP Advanced(Copy needed)

PALS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months NICU SCL and Reference within a year 2 years of Level IV NICU experience Experience in a teaching hospital RTO Upon Submission. No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. BSN- Required. Will consider ADN with 8+ years level IV NICU exp in a teaching AND children's facility
