Job Overview

Our client, a leading public healthcare organization, is seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support technology projects from initiation through implementation. This role supports the Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment (IE&E) program, which aims to improve constituent experiences across health and human services agencies. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT project activities and ensure tasks and deliverables remain on schedule
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action-item logs, risk registers, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings - prepare agendas, capture minutes, follow up on action items
• Coordinate communication among business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and executive-level updates
• Support project managers with budget tracking, resource planning, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Support governance processes and ensure projects follow established PMO standards and methodologies
• Assist with change management, stakeholder communications, training coordination, and implementation activities
• Coordinate production releases and post-implementation activities when applicable

Required Skills

• X-X years of IT project coordination, project management, PMO, or business analysis experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Confluence
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Experience creating status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Experience in enterprise IT, healthcare, government, or similarly regulated environments

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or related project management certification
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, application integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
• Experience with IT governance, SDLC, change management, and release management

Location & Work Model

Hybrid schedule at X Enterprise Drive, Quincy, MA. 37.X-hour work week; no overtime.
Engagement Details

W-X hourly contract role. Start date approximately X weeks after acceptance. Candidate must be available for a photo ID interview and CORI background check.
