Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Haverford, PA

Step into a unique opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing life-changing support for a middle school student who is medically fragile and bed-bound. This contract position, based just 15 minutes west of Philadelphia, offers a meaningful, year-round assignment extending through the end of the 2027 school year. You'll deliver in-person therapy to a student whose family primarily communicates in Spanish. Bilingual (Spanish/English) SLPs are especially encouraged to apply. However, applications from all credentialed school-based SLPs (SLP-CCC) are welcome—an interpreter can be contracted if a bilingual provider is not available. In this role, you'll collaborate with occupational and physical therapists, dividing a total of 7.5 hours weekly, with 2.5 dedicated to speech-language services. The district values consistency and seeks a provider able to commit for several years, fostering continuity for the student and family as their needs evolve.
