Speech-Language Pathologist/CF - Pre-K Center Based Position

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist/CF to provide Center Based Pre-K services located in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time position, but part-time can be considered. 

Essential duties and responsibilities :

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Provide Skilled Speech Therapy services to children within a Pre-K classroom in individual and group sessions.
• Contribute to the development and follow through of the IEP.
• Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.
• Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives.
• Complete session notes and annual reviews as required.
• Collaborate with center-based team
• Provide CPSE evaluatons (optional).
• Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.

Qualifications:

• M.A. or M.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology
• NYS License in Speech Pathology (or eligible CF) required
  
• Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
