Job Requirements: Telemetry Registered Nurse experience required Responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients required Supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated required Accountable to support facility CNO required High quality, safe and appropriate nursing care experience required Support for competency of clinical staff required Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
