We are committed to educating consumers and serving patients and families with the utmost dignity and grace.​What You'll DoAs a Hospice RN Regional Manager, you will:Lead Quality Hospice Care: Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop, implement, and evaluate hospice care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating, planning, and delivering exceptional hospice services.Supervise Interdisciplinary Teams: Oversee the interdisciplinary team (IDT), including orientation, scheduling, education, and support of all caregivers, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care. Regularly evaluate patient services provided by the IDT to maintain the highest standards.Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of hospice state licensure and federal regulations. Monitor services and documentation to ensure adherence to hospice policies and regulatory requirements.Foster Communication: Act as a liaison between the Clinical Director, IDT members, patients, families, and our customers.
