Quick Facts Location: Children’s Plaza, Dayton, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday – Friday Hours/Week: Approximately 35 hours/week Employment Type: Locum / Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, PALS (preferred) Experience: Prior pediatric anesthesiology experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates (details discussed upon application) Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit Benefits: Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (mileage, hotel, flights, rental car) 24/7 dedicated support team to assist you during your assignment What You’ll Do Provide pediatric anesthesiology care for neonatal to adult patients in a hospital-based operating room setting Supervise CRNAs in a care team model, including practicing independently and overseeing anesthesia procedures Manage approximately 50-60 surgical cases daily across diverse specialties Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and procedural staff to ensure patient safety Maintain compliance with all facility policies and standards What You Need Current Ohio medical license and DEA registration Minimum 1 year of anesthesiology experience, preferably including pediatric cases Ability to supervise CRNAs and manage a broad age demographic Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment This assignment takes place in a vibrant, hospital-based surgical setting within a top trauma center in Dayton, Ohio.
