Collision Porter

About the Role Porter – responsible for cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities. Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: empty garbage cans, clean floors, dust countertops and work areas. Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly. Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary. Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin. Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete. Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED (preferred). Automotive experience (preferred). Clear close vision required. Minimum age 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license. Required Skills & Abilities Customer service abilities. Positive attitude. Trustworthy and reliable. Willingness to learn. Physical & Other Requirements Pulling/Pushing, Carrying, Walking 5+ feet. Sitting, Standing 5+ feet. Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ foot. Operate a motor vehicle. Lift up to 50 pounds. Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
