Job Details Job Number: R0240330 Title: Technical Scrum Master Responsibilities On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you’ll directly impact Space missions by providing software and system development while growing your experience in scrum software development and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve Space missions. Work with us as we strengthen operational excellence for Space. You Have 2+ years of experience with software development in a professional or academic setting Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements Experience using JIRA Experience in client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree Nice if You Have Knowledge of the project management framework Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, experience, and contract-specific affordability. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Work Model Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
