Performance Reporting Analyst

Providing data support and reporting for NC DHHS, the full-time salaried Performance Reporting Analyst will compile and analyze program-related data, ensuring compliance and presenting findings to stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Compile, submit, and aggregate program-related reports to meet deadlines Support the Hub Director in ensuring that partners meet reporting expectations Analyze performance measures and present findings to internal and external stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields Minimum of two years of experience managing data in large databases for enterprise-level organizations Experience with Medicaid/Medicare, population health, behavioral health, I/DD, and/or TBI data preferred Strong project management and administration background Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
