Studio Manager

Overview Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Studio Manager and an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to lead operations and support the studio brand. The manager is in charge while the ASM provides critical support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Lead daily studio operations and guest experience in partnership with the Studio Manager. Assist with scheduling, staff development, and achieving studio goals. Represent the Orangetheory brand and share the science of the workout with members. Collaborate with the management team to ensure a welcoming, energetic studio environment. Qualifications Experience in management or leadership roles in fitness or customer-service oriented environments. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to step in for the manager when needed and balance strengths within a duo.
