What You'll Do:

• Assist with the production, handling, and movement of concrete block and masonry products
• Load, unload, and organize materials throughout the yard and production areas
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support machine operators and production teams as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in outdoor and manufacturing environments
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haines City, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
