Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Clinical Competence Certificate (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) eligibility
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to high school students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers and families to develop personalized education plans
  • Provide targeted interventions through small group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Serve as a resource to school staff and families on communication disorders and intervention strategies
