Nightingale at Stonegate is seeking a high-energy, experienced Lead CNA to support our day-shift nursing team. This role is perfect for a Certified Nursing Assistant who excels in resident care, communicates confidently, and thrives in a leadership/support position within a skilled nursing environment. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards Support CNAs on the unit with workflow, assignments, and daily coordination Serve as a point person for communication between CNAs, nurses, and leadership Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and guiding new CNAs Promote a positive, team-focused environment and uphold high standards of resident safety and dignity Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with facility policies Help maintain smooth unit operations during the day shift What We’re Looking For Active CNA certification (Arkansas) Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care required Prior leadership, shift-lead, or mentor experience strongly preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and committed to excellent resident care Schedule & Status Full-Time | Day Shift Monday -Friday Why Nightingale at Stonegate Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow your skills and leadership experience Meaningful work that directly impacts resident quality of life Ready to Lead With Purpose?
