Restaurant Manager | Moosic, PA | $55,000 to $65,000 per year

An upscale-casual, full-service restaurant with a strong bar and wine program is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Moosic, minutes from Scranton. As Restaurant Manager, you run the floor during service, lead the front-of-house team of servers, bartenders, and hosts, and work side by side with the General Manager and the kitchen to deliver a polished guest experience every shift. It is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who loves the floor and wants to grow in full-service dining.

What You’ll Do

• Run shifts and lead the floor during service
• Hire, train and coach servers, bartenders and hosts
• Keep service standards high in an upscale casual, full service setting
• Support the bar and wine program with your team
• Manage scheduling, labor and shift reporting
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with care

What We Need

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Full service restaurant experience
• Strong floor presence and team leadership
• Live within commuting distance of Moosic, PA

• Upscale or polished casual experience at concepts such as Seasons 52, Cooper’s Hawk, True Food Kitchen or Founding Farmers
• Bar and wine knowledge
