Looking for a customer service friendly individual with the ability to multi-task.
Auto Clerk PMS experience is a plus.
Basic task required:
- ability to answer calls
- make reservations
- check-in/check-out reservations
- verify payment methods and pay attention to rate codes
- ability to create a welcoming experience upon a guest arrival
- handle guest disputes with ease and professionalism
- ability to work with co-workers as a team
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- 7a-3p, 3p-11p shifts are available
- Weekends and Weekday shifts available
