Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West with exceptional equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain a balance between family time and personal commitments while on the road.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical labor and enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
