Position Title: Janitorial Cleaner (Non-Exempt) Employment Type: Part-Time (No Overtime Eligibility) Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 (commensurate with experience) Probationary Period: Initial 90 days of employment Position Summary: The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in accordance with company and client standards. This position involves routine cleaning of restrooms, floors, surfaces, and designated work areas. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to established safety procedures. This is a non‑exempt, part‑time position and does not qualify for overtime. Schedule: Part‑time shifts available throughout the week. No more than 5 consecutive work days in a 7‑day week. Shift options include: 4 am–9 am (5 h), 4 am–10 am (6 h), 6 am–10 am (4 h), and overnight shift 12 am–8 am (1 day per week). All locations are open 7 days a week. Responsibilities Wash, buff, and maintain tile and carpet floors Clean restrooms and maintain soap and paper supplies Clean and disinfect trash bins Vacuum daily and remove stains from carpets Detailed cleaning of gondolas, corner guards, and machinery after use Pick up trash throughout the store, including the front Maintain backroom organization and stock chemicals supplied Requirements Documentation to work in the U.S. Must be available to work overnights and weekends Must work during holidays, end of year, and blackout dates Must wear slip‑resistant shoes at all times Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (trash, boxes) Must be able to operate equipment up to 200 pounds (e.g., push and pull machinery) Must be able to bend, kneel, and extend to reach required areas Must use a mobile cell phone to clock in/out of shift Must be mobile‑application savvy (payroll and timekeeping apps) Must wear a uniform T‑shirt when entering the location and present a virtual badge ID Must wear closed shoes at all times; no leggings or shorts allowed No audio headphones allowed during working hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
